The Town of Collingwood would like to hear from Collingwood's youth!
Youth Engagement is the meaningful participation and sustainable involvement of young people in shared decisions in matters which affect their lives and those in their community, including planning, decision making and program delivery.
We want to know the concerns Collingwood youth might have and how we can work with youth in making decisions that impact them and the community.
The survey below has been designed for members of our community between the ages of 12 and 29. Participation is voluntary and the responses provided will be anonymous. No personal information is being collected and there are no known or anticipated risks with participation.
Volunteer Hours opportunity!
For students in high school we would like to offer 1 volunteer hour for sharing your thoughts and taking time to complete the survey.
For an additional 3 volunteer hours we invite you to submit an image or piece of writing in any format that speaks to you and shows us what the Town of Collingwood means to you. Submissions can be emailed to: clerk@collingwood.ca or dropped off to Town Hall, 97 Hurontario Street or the Collingwood Public Library, 55 Ste. Marie Street.
To receive hours for your volunteer work please print the survey completion page and/or bring your submission with your ‘Community Involvement Activities Record’ to staff at Town Hall or the Collingwood Public Library for a signature.
