Celebration of Water, a Groundbreaking event

The new, state of the art expansion of the Town of Collingwood Raymond A. Barker Water Treatment Plant on the pristine shores of Georgian Bay is a monumental project for the Town of Collingwood. The expansion brings secure and sustainable residential, commercial and industrial opportunities to the community, setting the stage for the next 25 years and beyond. We are pleased to begin work on this expansion in the coming weeks, and invite you to the official launch event, Celebration of Water.
