Community Engagement Survey

This survey is intended for residents of Collingwood. This is an opportunity to tell the Town how we can make it easy for you to provide input or participate in Town-related projects and initiatives.  

The information gathered from this survey is collected in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will only be used for assessing our current communication and public engagement methods and will inform the development of a Community Engagement Action Plan. Contact information will only be used for the purpose of contacting the winners of the draw.

Deadline to fill out the survey is 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
