All public retail should be accessible with toilets

Collingwood still has many stores, restaurants and services that are inaccessible to someone using a wheelchair. Many restaurants don’t have toilets that can be accessed in a wheelchair. We are very behind most first world countries like the US, Australia and even Europe now that the EC pushed an accessibility agenda. Why it will take another 5 years when it would be very easy to do faster.
